Karl is a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor whose broad experience has been gained over a 23-year career in the New Zealand and international construction industries. With an extensive background in General Management, Construction Consulting, Commercial Management, Procurement, Project and Contracts Management, Karl is a highly experienced leader across a varied range of sectors. Most recently, Karl’s focus has been providing specialist commercial and advisory services, helping clients, contractors and sub-contractors achieve the best commercial outcomes via the provision of quality construction lifecycle advice.

Karl strongly believes that through early engagement, good communication, project specific procurement advice, quality documentation and well considered project planning, that most cost over runs, delays and commercial disputes can be avoided.
